Corena Rotary Screw Compressor Cleaner Concentrate

A fully formulated, concentrated system cleaner containing synthetic ester, cleaning, lubricity and corrosion inhibitor additives. It is miscible in mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oils and polyglycols. It is specifically designed for cleaning rotary screw compressors, hydraulic systems, gear and other circulating mineral oil systems. When added to the system at a 1-10% basis, it will dissolve varnish and carbon deposits during normal operation and keeps them suspended in compressor oil. This can all be done without dismantling the system and ensures that the entire system is cleaned (pumps, valves, tubing, heat exchanges, filter housings, etc.) prior to draining and refilling with fresh oil. A clean system will extend the service life of the new oil charge, reduce future maintenance costs and increase the system reliability.
